TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CAPEMAN PRODUCTIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00).

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Capeman Productions LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction in that state.
